They place everyone who joins after you in your downline. Genius Mandura, genius! Four weeks after I signed up Mandura placed 950 people under me. Do I have to recruit to be able to benefit financially from those 950 people, of course. If I didn't have to refer people to the business no one would do any work and the the whole thing would be scam.
Last but not least, marketing! Mandura has a great product, a great compensation plan, but without good marketing any business will fail. Mandura provides it's reps with a duplicated Mandura Home Page where people can enroll under you like most mlm companies do. The difference is Mandura does not charge you a monthly fee for it like other companies do, I have paid $60 a month for a replicated site, ripoff!
Let me tell you a little secret folks, just having the replicated site isn't going to make you successful. You need people to visit your site of course, and those people need to be people looking for an opportunity. Ok, so you pay for a bunch of traffic to visit your Mandura replicated site, they go there and leave with a lot of questions, they want clarification. So now you spend hours and hours explaining the opportunity. This can lead to a lot of confusion and countless hours on the phone.
So you want to run with the Mandura business opportunity but you have a problem, you don't have a good marketing system.
